Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome also known as AIDS is a serious viral disease that attacks the immune shield. Caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), AIDS progressively weakens the ability of the body to combat infections and diseases. Spread of HIV primarily occurs through exchange of bodily fluids. Early diagnosis and treatment are
